Start with what has to fit
Measure the largest item that has to roll or walk through the door, then leave room to stand beside it. A walk-behind mower and a few totes is a different building than a riding mower, an ATV, and a workbench.
Write down door swing, shelf depth, and whether you need a center aisle. People undersize when they count only the object and forget the path around it.

- Farm and equipment: feed, implements, or a vehicle-width door
- Cabin or lofted use: floor living/work space plus overhead storage

Floor space versus loft
A loft does not replace floor area. It stores light, boxed items above a usable room. If the main job is parking a vehicle or lining up equipment, buy the floor first and treat the loft as extra.

Match the series to the job
Size is only half the choice. A utility shed, a barn with end doors, a cabin, and a garage can share a similar footprint and still work differently because of door placement and interior layout.

Site access matters as much as square footage
ProBilt delivers and sets the building on your property after we confirm a clear path in and a reasonably level site. We confirm access when we schedule delivery. This page does not publish a mileage radius or delivery fee — ask when you request a quote or apply for rent-to-own.
If the only path is tight, a slightly smaller building that can actually be set is more useful than a larger one that cannot reach the pad.
How size changes a rent-to-own payment
Larger buildings cost more in cash and per month. Plans start as low as $99/month. Terms are 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. Due at delivery: first month plus a security deposit (usually one month). No balloon payment, no hidden fees, and you can pay the balance early with no penalty.

Walk a building at the Safford Shop, the Selma Lot, K&J Carports in Northport, Harris Farms in Camden, or BlueSky Storage in Enterprise. Hours are the same at every lot: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, Sunday closed. Call before you drive if you want to confirm a size is still on the yard.
